Guided cycling groups

Come and join us for a gentle, supported, fun guided ride. Every Thursday at 10.30AM usually starting from the Community Transport Hub in the Square, Aberfeldy.  Booking is essential by emailing [email protected] or phoning 07388 2636233.

Routes vary and may involve a stop for refreshments in a cafe.  Led by volunteer, trained cycle ride leaders. 

Electric bikes may be borrowed for the rides, by prior arrangement or bring your own bike.

We are currently recruiting more volunteers to lead these rides.  Training will be provided. Do get in touch if you think you can help.

All participants can access a one to one training/confidence building session before they join the group.

Responsibilities of participants

• Participants are required to complete a simple form with next of kin and basic medical information in case of an emergency.
• Participants must follow the guidance from the cycle leader. 
• Participants are encouraged to let the Coordinator know if they are unable to come along to the ride.

If participants require to borrow an electric bike for their activity, they must book this in advance. If they are bringing their own bike, it should be in good working order.
